Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, handpacking, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade, applying and brooming, crushible screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting, to the required density grading - 3 as per technical specification clause 405. Labour Cess @1% but excluding GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg. per sqm. On the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.Including cost of all material labour T & P bitumen and 1% Labour cess but excluding GST as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 11.2 mm aggregate using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 Kn Static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades. Including cost of all material labour T & P bitumen and 1% Labour cess but excluding GST as per Technical Specification Clause 508

Providing and laying of seal coat by manual means with VG- 10 Bulk bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510. Including cost of all material labour T & P bitumen and 1% Labour cess but excluding GST.
