The panel shall have the facility of all the protection system including provision of digital type Ampere meter, Voltmeter, Push buttons, MCBs of required rating,LED indicator Lamps and load manager having with all instantaneous & integrated electrical parameters with old refreshed parameters backup and communication facility with inbuilt selector switch and CTs of appropriate ratio with percentage load bar graph (Model EM 6400) equivalent-01 No. The panel shall also provided with space heater, self powered, IDMTnumerical relay,overcurrent and earth fault with high adjustable setting, short curcit fault relay for complete protection of HT 11 KV 3 phase feeder.Relay type REF 601 ( 50, 51, 50N, 51N). The VCB shall have the standard of single element high speed tripping relay with hand reset flag, flush mounting type with 4NO+3NC type PQ8NCH2J, trip circuit supervision relay, hand reset flag flush mounting type 1 NO+1NC+2CO type TCs, AC/DC fail relay PN8CH2JS of ABB of equivalent in Schneider/Simenes/CG. All panel wiring shall be of 1100 Volts grade single core standard copper conductor with PVC insulation, vermin rodent proof of size 1.5/2.5 Sqmm auxilary load supply shall be 24V DC. |
| 17 | The VCB shall have the standard of IEC 62271-100,630Amps, 11 KV,50Hz with short circuit current rating 25 KA for 3 secs. The breaking capacity of VCB shall design for 25 KA and making capacity of 62.5 KA peak with maximum temperature rise over ambient shall be within limits as per IEC 2271-100. The contact resistance of main pole<60 micro-ohms, dry-1minute power frequency with stand between line terminal and ground object-28KV rms, between terminals with breaker contactopen 25kv rms 1.2/50 micro second full wave impulse between line terminals and grounded object. The spring charging motor shall have 230V AC and charging time required for motor 15 sec (Max). The ground clearance of VCB shall be as per manufacturers GA drawing. The panel shall be designed for floor mounting, free standing, simplex type control and realy panel in sheet enclosure with powder coated paint after suitable pretreatment with IP4X protection. The panel shall be fabricated from 2mm MS sheet for side/top/Rear and with 3.15mm for front/Gland plate paint shade exterior shade 631 of IS-5. Panel size shall not be less than 750mm(width)x600mm(Depth)x220mm (including 100mm base channel). the CT and PT shall be designed suitable for connecting of 500KVA transformer. |
