| 2 | Two round of packing after newly link track/screening at an interval of 7 days. This will follow the item in sequence as per IRPWM including gauging, leveling and boxing of sleeper by ash/stone ballast after each day packing work as per direction of Engineer as site |

| 5 | Painting of rails as per follwing schedule after cleaning the surface (i) one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer to IS 2074. (ii) Two coat of bitumen paint to IS 9862. The surface to be painted should be thoroghly scrapped with wire brush & cleaned with jute/cloths to make it dust free & grease free (grease should be removed by using suitable 60 dry weather. The minimum time to be provided between application of next coat i.e. 24 hrs.
