Surface Preparation, crack treatment:-a) Remove laitance, weak layers, and contaminants using grinder or appropriate tools.b) Clean thoroughly using wire brushing and pressure washing to remove dust, dirt, algae, and loose particles.c) Ensure substrate is sound, dry, and free from oil, grease, curing compounds, or any material affecting adhesion.d) Identify and open cracks in V-groove profile.e) Fill cracks up to 5 mm width with Crack Fix Powder mixed with acrylic bonding agent to form a paste.Waterproofing coating 1 coat:-a) Providing and applying 1 coat of acrylic bonding agent and cement slurry to prepared substrate.b) Mixing ratio: 1 part bonding agent : 1 part water : 3 parts cement.Apply uniformly with brush/roller to achieve proper adhesion and sealing of pores. Drying interval: Allow 4 – 6 hours beforeapplication of subsequent coats or systems.Approved make: UPGRADE, Sika or equivalent Make

Food grade epoxy protective coating:-a) Providing and applying two coats of food-grade, two-component, solvent-free, odourless epoxy resin protective coating on internal surfaces of water tanks, including walls and floor.b) The coating shall be certified for potable water contact (CFTRI/USFDA) and tested to have a global migration transmissibility of ≤ 0.01 mg/sq.in in distilled water at 49°C for 24 hours.c) Application to be carried out by brush/roller as permanufacturer’s guidelines.
