Theduties would broadly includea) Physical Maintenance of records.b) General cleanliness & upkeep of place ofdeployment.c) Providing necessary assistance to potentialbuyers as per brochure.d) Other non-clerical work.e) Assisting in routine site/office work.f) Assisting in handover process at site/office.g) Watch & ward duties.h) Work related to his ITI qualifications, if itexists.i) Driving of vehicles, if in possession of validdriving licence.j) Any other work assigned by the engineer incharge.Note: The MTS provided should beapproved/selected as per eligibility andrequirements by the Engineer in Charge

NOTE:(i) In case any complaint is received attributable to misconduct/misbehavior of contractor’spersonnel, a penalty double the amount of Each Job for each such incident shall be levied andthe same shall be deducted from contractor’s bill after issue of notice. Further, the concernedcontractor’s personnel shall be removed from the site immediately.(ii) DDA shall have the right to ask for the removal of any person of the contractor, who is notfound to be competent and orderly in the discharge of his/her duty.(iii) The work may be terminated at any stage with or without any prior intimation and nothingshall be entertained on this account.
