Distempering Ist coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undercoated wall surface to give an even shade over an i/c a priming coat cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as Berger, J&N,Asian Paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matters and also i/c preparing the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic material and sand papered smooth including cost of all material, labour and T&P complete.
