Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead Of area beyond 3 sq. metres

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Polished Granite stone slab of colour Black, Cherry/Ruby Red or equivalent

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Fifth generation Invisible Grills for balcony / Opening of (Lee Homes Concepts Ltd ).Top & Bottom Track made with Special Aluminium channel with cover of White / Black colour coated sections, SS Rope Nylone coated of 2 mm dia with heavy load capacity Installation of Profile wtith SS304 screws at top & bottom. The rope fixed with SS 316 Marine Locking system of 400 kg Capacity, hardware materials used SS 304 grade, necessary M8 x 50mm length of Hilty Expansion Fastener. The invisible grills with 50mm spacing of Vertical and 300mm spacing for Horizontal with necessary stiffner and Rivet etc complete. The rate is including cost of all materials and labour charges etc complete.,
