| 20 | Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfacesany description including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water and M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on walls complete all as specified and directed. |
| 21 | M&L for preparation of New plastered surfaces of wall including scaffolding up to 7m height,two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces and curing after applying each coat, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 22 | Note: (i) In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account.(ii) The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum. |
