S/fixing PUF panels with toungue & groove joints and suitable for interlocking using camlock system or any other suitable system. The PUF panel shall be made up of 0.5 mm thick pre-painted galavanized steel sheet (PPGI Sheet) of 0.5 mm thick, with suitable pattern of ribs for strengthening of panels sheet on both sides with a layer of rigid CFC free plyurethane foam of density 40 kg+ 2kg percumt as insulation in between , both the sheets shall confirm IS: 14246:1995 . The sheets will have minimum 120 GSMof zinc coating on both sides followed by atack coat of PVDE/Silicon modified polyester having a thickness of 20 micron minimum. Thetop finish surface of PPGI sheet shall also have guard fill/protection sheet ( polyethylene) for protection against scratches all as completed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a ) Thickness of PUF panel80 mm ( walls panels)
