| 1 | Centrifuging (filteration/dehydration) of transformer oil includingchecking initial and after filteration Dielectric Strength of oilfor transformers, Isolation transformers and voltage stabilizers located in various places of technical and domestic area with suitable machine having filteration, heating and pumping facility to improve the dielectric strength/insulation value of oil.Note :- (i) Di electric strength of oil after filteration/dehydration shall not be less than 55 kv.(ii) Oil for toping up shall be measured and paidseparately under relevant item of this schedule(iii) The contractor will take shut down orders in writing atleast two days in advance from Engr-in-charge before commencement of work.(iv) The dielectric strength of oil shall be tested before and after filtration and necessary test results shall be submitted to the Engr-in-charge.(b) Filtration /dehydration of transformer oil shall be carried out at the location where transformer is installed under the AOR of GE (North) Akhnoor and necessary filter/dehydration plant having pressure gauge, hour meter, temperaturature gauge to be brought at site by contractorincluding electric supply arrangement to run the dehydration equipment and rate deemed to be included in the quoted rate. |

| 19 | M & L for lifting the transformer core carefully after dismantling terminal connections from core to HT/LT bushings, tap changer assy,drainout all oil and keeping in clean container and keeping the heating chamber for necessary value of insulation resistance, dismantling defective HT & LT coils from core for rewinding, and reassembling complete with HT/LT coils to core, required necessary numax paper insulation, insulating press board, precompressed board size of 6mm/3mm/1.5mm/1mm, varnishing, heating to achive insulation level not less than 1000 megaohms at both HT & LT side, core at transformer chamber, tap changer assy, terminal connection, top cover with new cork sheet gusket, required existing/new nuts, bolts & washers,filling transformer oil, testing after repair complete all as specified and directed for the 63 to 200 KVA, 11/0.415 KV transformer. Note:- (i) Opening of top cover, Rewinding of HT/LT coils,transformer oil, nuts, bolts & washers, HT/LT busings, required shall be measured and paid separately under relavant items of the schedule.(ii)Test result shall be kept in record duly signed by all concerned(iii) Testing record will be prepared by contractor. |

Note : (i) Result of earthing should be as per earth resistivity.(ii)The quoted rate shall include the cost of the earth pit covers to be conspicuously marked of plate with standgrouted in PCC. (iii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistanceis more than 2Ώthe earthing will be redone at no extra cost. |
