Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path, etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer VG-10 at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm putting in premix20mm thick bituminous premixed carpet well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat @ 06 kg of binder content with 0.06 cum of sand well rammed including supply of premixed binder and sand complete all as directed.

M & L for Pre-mix bituminous, macadam 4% binder content VG-30 by weight of total mix laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less ) complete all as directed. (Mix shall be prepared from hot mix plant and spreading shall be with mechanical paver machine).

Preparing the existing black top surfaces of roads by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clear the surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 5 kg / 10 Sqm ,complete all as directed.

M&L Bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content VG-30 grade by weight of total mix rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete prepared in hot mix plant and spread with mechanical paver and rolled complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 1mm thickpainting centre line, arrow, dashes, letters etcnot exc 10 cm wide on roads pavement with hot applied thermoplastic roads marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine as per manufacturers instruction complete all as directed.

S&Fin repair delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMPA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly power coated and thermo plastic elastomer three bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (150x150x150mm)as per manufacturer\"s instructions complete all as directed.

S&F in repair road stud reflective type of metal body alloy with PAMA strip lens reflector with MS stud of suitable size fixed with adhesive as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as directed.

S&F in repair speed breaker of ABS materials reflector type yellow and black of size 500 × 350 × 50mm ,weight of each 2-3 kgs, rectangular in shape with four holeseach with mild steel bolts to withstand maximums load of 40 tonne with end capsand temp and UV resistant along with adhesive fixing on existing bituminious surfaces with all accessories complete all as directed.
