Supply and application of two components Epoxy Phenolic Based Primer and paint at existing Prilling tower inside shell upto 20m height from plinth level inclusive of removing existing epoxy painting coating and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete,including materials, scaffolding, all labour, tools and tackles, surface preparation and cleaning of concrete surface, and transportation etc. complete as per specification in the scope of work and as directed by EIC.

Supply and application of 2 coats of two components Epoxy Based Primer and paint and top coat of 50-micron PU coating at existing Prilling tower outside shell upto 20m height from plinth level inclusive of removing existing epoxy painting coating and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete,including materials, scaffolding, all labour, tools and tackles, surface preparation and cleaning of concrete surface, and transportation etc. complete as per specification in the scope of work and as directed by EIC.

Providing and applying solvent free, highly crosslinked, high build epoxy-novolac-based coating such as Nitocote EN901 or equivalentinclusive of removing existing epoxy painting coating/OBD and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc., application of epoxy novalac based primer and shall achieve 500 microns DFT in two coats. The cured film shall have excellent chemical resistance in pH ranging from 1-14 at 25°C. Item rate is inclusive of materials, scaffolding, all labour, tools and tackles, surface preparation and cleaning of concrete surface, and transportation etc. complete as per specification and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
