| 11 | M&L for cutting of Road / PCC path, hard standing etc of depth not less than 60cm and width not less than 45cm for laying water supply pipe and making good the existing surface with PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 of 150mm thick complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | M&L for DI Specials and fittinngas per ISDI pipes for water mains, branches, links such as bends(any type), reducers and angles, tappers any type,bends increasing/ decreasing or double sockets etc. Tee pieces, single branches, double branches (all socket and spigots) collers, cap and plug suitable for pipelines upto 250 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | S&F, Water header of heavy duty MS sheet (IS-2062) for conection of pipeline made out of 900 mm dia, 6mtr long heavy duty MS pipe with both ends sealed complete and having 3 Nos intel connection and 3 nos of outlet connection for 150mm/200mm dia pipe connection complete with flanges, heavy duty rubber for connection or sealed the spare conection by providing end flange by means of nuts, bolts, washers etc complete as per site requirement and as directed by engineer-in-charge.Note : labour, T&P for excavation, earth work, connection of existing pipelines with header etc. are inclusive in the item rate. |
| 14 | M&L in replacement of old unserviceable Sluice valve class PN-1.6 with stainless steelspindle conforming to IS-14846-2000, double flanged, with and including new flanged rubber joints using necessary nuts, bults, washer and rubber gasket etc incl testing on completion of 200mm size complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | Demolition of existing valve pit and M&L for construction of valve pit consisisting of 230mm thick, old size brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6), PCC (1:4:8) type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregete as in fondation, PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using 20mm graded stone aggregete in coping/bed, finished even and smooth, rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) internally and 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) externally, finished even and smooth without using extra cement incuding three coats of white wash and earth work in any type of soil and including 2 mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on 40mmx40mmx6mm thick angle iron frame ambeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mild steel hold fast & handle and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer etc. complete all as shown on drawing No. TE/20024/26 Sh 1/1 to 1/3 and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the size of 1500mm x 1500mm x 1000mm complete all as specified and directed. |
