| 3 | (n) Contractor shall submit technical details and GA drgs for approval of GE before placing order and TC/warranty certificate before claiming payment. The testing of plant will be carried out for minimum 24 Hrs by rep of Accepting Officer.(p) Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of periodical service visit of service engineer once in three months and breakdown/shut down visit within 48 Hrs in case of breakdown, otherwise a recovery @ Rs 15000/- per service visit and Rs 50,000/- per breakdown visit will be recovered during entire defect liability period of 2 years from date of completion of work. (q) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of supply of minimum set of emergency spares of each capacity of minimum 1 Nos/ eachi.e compressor, drier, expansion valve, capillary tube, tray heater, PCB control board, evaporator fan motor, condenser fan motor etc for making the plant functional for 24x7 withoutany interruption for the entire period till completion of defect liability period. |

| 18 | Supply and install hi wall split units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating of capacity 1.5 TR including required gas charging complete all as specified and directed.Note:- (a) The cost of compressor oil, remote with batteries, tools & plants for fixing of outdoor unit at any height and making good disturbed surfaces is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.(b) Drilling of the wall should be done by core cutting machine.(c) Quoted rate inclusive of copper piping upto 3 mtr and refrigerant gas upto 3 mtr piping.(d) Additional cost of copper tubing (>3 mtr), refrigerant gas (>3mtr) & bracket for mounting outdoor unit shall be measured and paid seperately. |
