| 6 | Note for item No 1 to 5 :(I) The rate quoted for above items shall be included for replacement of any minor spares, consumables, accessories like bushes, break resistors,cockers,filters,fuse ,small relays& contactors, tension pulley parts,small car door safety devices, all buttons, displays, indicators, LCD, VFD, car safety disply covers, button caps, connectors,, main belt drive,,all small machine and motor parts like bearing, bush,oil seal, break coil, solenoids, break shoe liners,,sfety switches, magnetic switches,key switches, light fictures ( cabin lights, bulbs/tubes), cabin fans, lubricants, break oil etc. (ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at siteexcept those itemsas givenbelow to keep the lift operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing all moving parts on monthly basis complete all as specifiedand as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 7 | (iii) The parts shall be genuine and shall be from OEM and shall be approved by EIC .(iv) If spare parts of original make is not available in market necessary suitable spare equivalent to existing lift part as approved by Engr-in-charge shall be used in the work so that to run the lift with smooth functioning. (v) The contractor should attend any complaint / breakdown immidietly on call basis. (vi) Contractor should submit the inspection / maintenance report of every visit inspite of number of visits during breakdown calls including mentioning the status of lift and spares any replaced.(vii) The old unserviceable spares replaced under comprehensive maintenace i.e in sl No 01 of above BOQ is the property of contractor for which credit should be considered in the quoted rate.. (viii) Rate incl the testing of all lifts by authorised lift inspector.(ix) The quoted rates shall deemed to cover the services round the clock 24x7 complaint booking on given telephone numbers. Complaint shall be atttended on the same day, in case the contractor fails to do so, ay of Rs 2000/- per day per complaint for the delayed period shall be recovered from the payment of the contractor. |
