Notes : (i)The lifts shall be maintained and repaired through OEM or by their authorized / accredated agencies only.(ii) Spares parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately as supply only items. | 14 | Additional Note for item No 1.00 & 2.00 : (i) The contractor shall enter into a MOU with the OEM for manitenance and repairs of the above work at site.(ii) The spares/electrical items as listed in Sch \"A\" Part II will be used whenever required only and measured and paid separately under respective items. (iii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at siteexcept those itemsas given in Sch \"A\" Part II to keep the lift operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing all moving parts on monthly basis complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) If spare parts of original make is not available in market necessary suitable spare equivalent to existing lift part as approved by Engr-in-charge shall be used in the work so that to run the lift with smooth functioning. (v)Cost of renewal of lift license from Lift inspector, Govt. of Tamil Nadu is demed to be included in the qruoted rate against Sl No 1 to 2. |
| 15 | (vi) Quoted rate includes the testing of all the lifts by licensed Lift Inspector of Tamil Nadu twice in contract period for safety if required / asked by GE. Certificate issued by the licensed lift inspector shall be submitted to Engineer-in-charge.(vii) In case of any of the lift/lifts is/are not working for more than 24 hours but less than 10 days, Recovery will be affected at the rate ofRs.2,000/- per lift per day and Rs.3,000/- per lift per day after 10 days.(viii) The above lifts shall be repaired through OEM (Original Equipment manufacturer) or through their nearest authorised/ accredited agency service personel only. The bidder shall submit and uploading MoU from the OEM of lift or their authorised/ accredited agency at time of uploading of tender.(ix) Contractor should submit all valid docucments before the opneing of tehcnicial bid.(x)Testing cerfificte of each lift duly tested by Electrical Lift Inspector shall be provided by the contractor. |
