All sewage lines and related components shall be maintained in a blockage-free and smoothly functioning condition for a period of 330(Three Hundred Thirty) days, as per the completion date mentioned in Work Order No-1.To ensure timely resolution of complaints:(i) The contractor shall Deploy at least two dedicated personnel on-site daily on all working days for the purpose of attending complaints related to sewage maintenance.(ii) Complaints shall be collected from the office of the AGE B/R Thane at 9:00 AM and attended to promptly including providing required assitance to deployed labours to resolve the complaint.(iii) After resolution, complaint slips shall be signed by the user occupant and countersigned at the AGE B/R Office to confirm satisfactory completion.(iv) No complaint shall remain unattended for more than 24 hours.(v) In case of non-deployment or absence of the dedicated personnel, or if complaints are not attended within the stipulated timerecovery of ₹500 per complaint per day shall be levied.Additionally, if the absence of personnel leads to unattended complaints or repeated delays, the Engineer-in-Charge reserves the right to issue a discrepancy notice. Upon three such notices, the contractor shall be liable to deploy an additional stand by personnel at no extra cost to the Government, for the remaining contract period.(vi) Any damage caused during cleaning/clearing to manhole covers, gully trap covers, CI access doors, CI/PVC pipes and fittings, \"P\" traps, or floor traps shall be rectified by the contractor using new materials, without any additional cost to the Government.(vii) Pipeline length shall be measured from center to center of manholes.Note : Theqtys of cleaning is considered for 11 months cleaning work , will be done on quarterly basis as per plan given and regular complaint will be attended simultanously. |
