And to carryout under mention works at pump house of AF station thane site \"P\" :-(a) Testing,Checking and setting if requiredduty cycle for operation of pumps and set cycles as per pumping timings of installation.(b) Check of PLC Panels display , for in auto manual operation of Pumps , valve , Actuatoers.(c) Checking of Push button , ON -OFF switch , Selector switch on PLC Panels for various mode of operation.(d)checking all the connection of communication cables inside the PLC Panels and at end termination for any damge or Loose connection.(e) Checking of Preesure switch , Solenoid valves , water level sensor for their healty operation of Automation system.(f) Checking of MIMIC Panels for for proper display of water level indication of water level in sump and over head tank. (g) Checking of all butter fly valves for smooth operation and water lekage. (h) Chekcing of PLC realy for healty operation and carry necessary setting if required.(j) Cheking of moter for smooth operation of actuater and operating mechanisum of butter fly valves.(k) Checking auto Priming system operation for priming of Pumps. |
