Note : The Contractor has to carryout dewatering time to time during execution of concreting work and upto 48 house after execution of concreting works and no extra payment for dewatering or manpower will be paid by Cantonment Board. Only ordinary Portland cement will be used for all concreting works. |

| 9 | Providing precast perforated drain covers suitable for medium vehicle load of size width 910 mm length 605 mm and thickness 75 mm and steel reinforcement of 8mm dia at 100 mm c/c spacing. The cover shall have minimum nine (9) round holes. The item shall include the cost of all material, transportation and fixing at site.(M-40) |
| 10 | Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. |
| 11 | Providing, supplying, fabricating, galvanising (as per specification), transporting, erecting and aligning and installing in position by bolting / welding / screwing of factory made inlet for intercept drains /water body fabricated using mild steel (Grade-E250, Quality-BR) conforming to IS:2062-2011, at all levels, in, drain covers, trench covers,etc. with all fittings and fixtures, (clips, bolts, self drilling and taping screws, nuts and lock washers)etc., complete as per direction of Engineer. |
| 12 | Demolishing Reinforced brickwork or RCC in suspended slabs, beams, lintels , walls etc. in cement mortar or cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) |
