To perform under Term Contract such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the \" MES Standard Schedule of Rates2009 (Part-I) and MES Standard Schedule of Rates2020 Part- II(Rates) together with errata / amendments as applicable and upon the conditions hereinafter contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES schedule during the period of one year from the date of Acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Schedule of Rates OR at such other rates as may be fixed under the Provision of condition 62 of General Condition of Contracts (IAFW-2249)\" 1989 Print with errata /amendments as applicable. .

Note:- (i) Tenderer shall insert rates percentage at the 16th row and ‘F’ column of this BOQ Excel sheet.(ii) Tender shall refer and select the option Excess (+) or less (-) available at the 16th row and ‘E’ column of this BOQ Excel sheet, to quote the percentage above/below SSR Part I (2009) together with Amendment No 1 to 3 andPart II (2020) together with amendmendNil .(iii) Amount inserted by the MES under rate col and the total amount reflected in this page is approximate and for reference only.Being Term Contract, work is priced at rates given in SSR and adjusted by the percentage quoted by the contractor on this page.
