| 2 | Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm, depth of pot hole exceeding 50 mm but not exceeding 100 mm including rolling over the broken surfaces using 8 to 10 tonnes power roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Material and labour for providing premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The exact bitumen content required shall be determined Mix Design procedure and approved by GE. The adjustment in rate on MINUS side variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced at the rate of ₹67 per kg. No claim whatsoever shall be made for adjustment in plus side. (ii) Bituminous macadam shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper. |
| 4 | Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | M & L for applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer (paving grade bitumen VG-10 grade) @ 7.5 kg per 10 sq metrescomplete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | M & L for bituminous premixed carpet, 40 mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 cum of stone chippings mixed with 29.2 kg of binder (using paving bitumen VG30 grade), rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller,complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | M & L for liquid seal coat, applying evenly binder (using paving bitumen VG30 grade) @ 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm binding with 6.3 mm size stone chippings @ 0.09 cum per 10 sqm and rolled to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 12 tonne power rollercomplete all as specified and directed. |

| 9 | S&F in repair speed breaker of size 750mm X250 mm X75mm madeout of ABS material with two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMAmaterials welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process fixed on to the speed breaker so the dust and water can not touch reflectors inside and fixed complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | S&F in repair traffic convex mirror of of 60cm dia having 130 degree viewing angle made of polycarbonate material , brim and back holding plate is made of metal/FRB along with pole mounted brackets and pole 50mm dia made with stainless steel pipe of suitable length fixed to the ground by means of PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation/filling (size 50cmx50cmx60cm)complete all as specified and directed. |
