M&L for repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 square metre each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with using bitumen emulsion@ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premix bituminous macadamwell rammed and sealed withbinder 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm , blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premix macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholesexceeding 30 mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 5 kg /10 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous premix semidense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness, with 6% binder contentby weight of totalmix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradientwith paving bitumen ( VG-30 grade) any penetration using mechanical paver complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note: In the event of excess quantity of binder content is necessitated due to mix design of asphaltic concrete, the same shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost and no price adjustment shall be applicable in this regard.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like exc 10cm wide on road pavements with hot applied thermostatic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mmx 20mm with PAMA strip lens reflector of model No DA 972.0 or equivalentfixed with and including stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F convex mirror (ABS) minimum 800mm dia outdoor type, made of polycarbonate and mirror thickness not less than 3mm for traffic purpose mounted on 2m long and 50mm dia SS pipe Gde 304, fixed with nut and bolts and clamp system including necessary excavation andembedding in PCC 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) type B-1complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermostatic elastomer 3 band of green, red and yellow reflector radium type of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 x150 x300 mm) type B-1complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation in repairs of solar road stud made of poly carbonate ABS moulded body and shanks and PC top 3 Nos super bright LEDs on each side, also has diamond grade reflectors on each side for improved visibility, size of stud is 113 x 70mm with 15mm above the ground when installed.Weight = 780 +/- 20 gms, 1 No 1.2V rechargeable battery, 2.5V, 0.25-0.30W solar panel complete all as specified and as directed.
