Submit complete Detailed Energy Audit Reports (03 sets) alongwith observations and recommentations to enhance energy efficient power infrastructure (addn/ altn of work required for enhancement of energy efficient power system) complete all as specified and directed. |

| 7 | Preliminary Activities :-(i) Site Reconnaissance Survey : Identify energy consuming areas, building types and equipment categories. |

| 9 | (iii) Stackholder Consultation : Discuss mission of critical area, Security protocols and constrains with station authorities. |
| 10 | (iv) Energy Consumption Profiling : Energy Mapping of all types of loads of Administrative bldgs, residential bldgs, Messes, Hospitals, Hangars, ATC towers, Street lights, Perimeter lights etc. |
| 11 | BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK(i) Electricity Bill analysis, Measurement and analysis of peak demand, power factor to suggestmeasures to reduce the maximum demand. |
| 12 | (ii) Detailed examination of the existing energy use pattern. Transformer loading & losses. |
| 13 | (iii) Performance evaluation of installed capacitors, banks/ APFC panels to ensure deliverance of desired output, level of losses, management of system power factor and operation of capacitors. |
| 14 | (iv) Performance evaluation of major Motors, 7.5 H. P and above, to identify under/overloading of motors power factor and suggest measures to improve performance & efficiency of the complete system. |

| 16 | (vi)Measurement of Electrical parameters like Voltage, Current, kW, Power Factor, Voltage harmonic distortion (V THD %), current harmonic distortion (ITHD %) and Individual harmonics levels (up to 30th) at transformers. |
| 17 | (vii)Recommendation to improve the power quality, power factor improvement, reduction in harmoniclevels, if any, to comply with IEEE 519, 2014 standards. |
| 18 | (viii)Evaluation of operating efficiency of DG sets by measuring specific energy generation ratio (SEGR). |
| 19 | (ix) Study of DG sets for load optimization to improve SEGR. |
| 20 | (x) Trail test of each DG sets and checking of loading pattern of DG Sets and actual load requirement.. |
| 21 | (xi)Checking of per unit power generation w r t fuel consumption, ventilation arrangement for the DG unit room and Specific electricity generation ratio evaluation. |
| 22 | (xii) Performance evaluation i.e., Energy balance Efficiency calculations of DG sets. Checking of Maintenance Aspects of DG sets to improve efficiency. |
| 23 | (xiii) Carryout the extensive analysis of the central AC plants/VRF/Package/Ductable/Provision ACs and suggest the performance and efficiency improvements alongwith the bottlenecks in the existing system, if any. |
| 24 | (xiv) Carryout the detailed study of Solar Power plant 1 MW and Solar Water heaters installed in the Stn and suggest improvements to enhance the efficiency of complete system and to minimise power factor losses and Harmonic distortions. |
