| 5 | Note for all items of this Schedule :- (i)The work shall be executed to high rise structure(ie. Hangar/Building) of height up to 20 metre from ground level. Quoted rate shall be deemed to including for all kind of Scaffolding and safety equipment provided to worker deployed by the contractor and no extra amount paid by the department for the same and the work shall be carried out without any damage to the existing structure. Any damage occured due to contractor shall be rectified without any extra cost to the Goverment.(ii)The Bidders shall note that work has to be executed at Hangar/dispersal area. Site for execution of work will be made available to contractor on non operational hours or as assigned by the Engineer-in Charge after consultation with user unit, due to operational commitment atStation. The contractor shall arrange working programme accordingly. No claim whatsover, for not giving the entire site, on award of work and giving the site gradually will be entertained.The contractor shall consider this aspect while quoting the tender. |
