Dismantling anti-bird proofing net of any description, any direction and in any position of existing Hangar of height up to 20 meter, complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and installation of anti-bird proofing net nylon of premium quality, UV stabilised weather proof, flame resistant/retardant having aperture of mesh not morethan 30mmx30mm and thickness of mesh 2.5mm, weighing not less than 0.40Kg per square metre,fixed with HDPE rope, hooks, turnbuckets, adjustments and all other connected necessary hardwares in any direction and in any position of existing Hangarincluding necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated steel & iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or grith not otherwise specified and applying one coat of Aluminium Paintall as specified and as directed.

Removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth and applying two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of Aluminium red oxide primer on steel surface over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Note for all items of this Schedule :- (i)The work shall be executed to high rise structure(ie. Hangar/Building) of height up to 20 metre from ground level. Quoted rate shall be deemed to including for all kind of Scaffolding and safety equipment provided to worker deployed by the contractor and no extra amount paid by the department for the same and the work shall be carried out without any damage to the existing structure. Any damage occured due to contractor shall be rectified without any extra cost to the Goverment.(ii)The Bidders shall note that work has to be executed at Hangar/dispersal area. Site for execution of work will be made available to contractor on non operational hours or as assigned by the Engineer-in Charge after consultation with user unit, due to operational commitment atStation. The contractor shall arrange working programme accordingly. No claim whatsover, for not giving the entire site, on award of work and giving the site gradually will be entertained.The contractor shall consider this aspect while quoting the tender.
