Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of 13 passenger lifts (884 kg) with machine room having contract speed of 1.5 mps serving different floors in the lift shaft including dismantling of old lift, stocking ,storage of dismantled material at suitable place in the building as per direction of Engineer-in-chargeand as per detailed specification enclosed and as under: -Location of Lifts: Vikas Sadan(i) Speed:1.5 m/s(ii) Floors: 9 (B+G+7)(iii) Travel: 35 meter (approx.)(iv) Stops & opening: 9 (B+G+7) all one side(v) Controller: A.C. variable voltage & variable frequency(vi) Automatic rescue device completes with sealed maintenance free batteries as required.(vii) Operation:Microprocessor based single automatic push button simplex collective selective with/ without attendant.(viii) Power – (415 + 10%) volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 4 wires system (ix) Type of doors(a) Car: Power operated, center opening horizontal sliding stainless steel 1.5 mm thick scratch proof (moon rock finish / honey comb finish).(b) Landing doors: Stainless steel 1.5 mm thick scratch proof (moon rock finish / honey comb finish).(x) Fire rated landing door having 2-hour fire rating.(xi) 2 No. Car operating panels (with disabled friendly provisions).(xii) Mechanical Car door lock.(xiii) Manual Rescue feature.(xiv) Automatic Phase reversal device.(xv) Lift intercom system: - one set at ground floor entrance of lift & one set at suitable location as per direction of engineer-in-charge. (xvi) Car & Landing indicator – LCD display at suitable position above each landing door or in middle of the lift front wall as per directions of engineer-in-charge.(xvii) Automatic brake feature.(xviii) Car Panel: - In stainless steel moon rock / honey comb finish.(xix)One side round hand rails at suitable height above floor level not less than 600 mm long & 900 mm above floor level.(xx) Voice announcement system in the lift car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoist way as the car passes or stops at a floor served by theelevator.(xxi) All electrical works including interconnection from existing electrical supply main switch & earthing as per cpwd specifications.(xxii)) Shaft wiring and providing LED lights minimum of 500 lux on each floor and providing 15 A power plug in the lift shaft on alternate floors.(xxiii) Provision of CCTV camera wiring shall also be provided in each lift car. (Note: - camera will be installed by DDA).(xxiv) Over Speed Governor will be provided which will bring the lift and / or counterweight to rest by operating the safety gear in the event of speed in descending direction exceeding prescribed limits.

Comprehensive maintenance of 1 no., 13 Passengers lift with contract speed 1.5 m/s serving from basement to 7th floor (B+G+7) which includes routine, preventive & break down maintenance for period of four years including repair/replacement of worn-out items/ damaged items i/c all plastic/metallic/moveable/non-moveable parts, ARD batteries, lift intercom, car light, shaft lightwith minimum downtime as per conditions and specifications attached after completion of one year guarantee period.2nd year
