Post construction anti termite treatment by drilling holes, injecting approved chemicals and sealing with white cement/sealants etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. The chemical to be approved by Engineer in Charge before work commencement. This cost includes a post treatment warranty of 05 years for entire building treatment works and 1 year for partial treatment works to be borne by contractor.
