Providing Comprehensive Maintenance (AMC) of following capacity of Engine Alternator Setsat various TE buildings spread across Coimbatore and Erode Business Areaunder BSNL Electrical Division Coimbatore as per the scope of the work and specification i/c bimonthly checks/periodical visits , attending to repairsand routine maintenance activities i/c materials, labour, transportation etc (excluding specific items mentioned in the scope of work and specification) as required ( The details and locations of the EA sets to be maintained are given in the inventory list.) (Replacement of starting batteries not included in the scope of work and periodical oil servicing shall be done as per Part B) (For a period of 24 months)

Periodical Oil Servicing of following capacity EA Set including complete draining out engine oil from sump i/c replacement of fuel filter, lube oil filter, lube oil, etc complete with cleaning of EA set and accessories, applying petroleum jelly on battery terminal posts and checking the V-belts, mounting botls and coupling,refilling the new engine oiland test running , record the oil pressure, RPM, Volt and frequency complete as required. (The dismantled/replaced material after service shall be the property of contractor and the rates shall be quoted accordingly.The Dismantled/replaced material shall be disposed off by the contractor on prior intimation & approval of building /Exchange/Engineer in charge with gate pass & in accordanceto the latest environmental & pollution control guide lines .)
