Note: 1. BOQ amount against above mentioned SI. No. 1.03 i.e. Schedule-C is based on minimum reserve wages as decided by UPMRC. Hence, agency should NOT quote Less (-) than the BOQ amount in SI. No. 1.03 i.e. Schedule-C2. The agency has to compulsarily quote percentage rates (Service Charge) Above (+) OR At Par of BOQ amount in SI. No. 1.03 i.e. Schedule-C. These quoted rates (Service Charge) shall be inclusive of Contractor profit, supervisory charges & other overheads. Offers with reasonable service charges shall only be considered.3. GST as applicable shall be paid extra for total BOQ amount i.e. Schedule A, B & C.
