Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Retrofit Emission Control Device (RECD) for reducing DG emission as per CPCB Guidelines (vide order PCLS/12/2021-22 dtd 1/2/2022 and NGT OA No.681/2018 vide order dtd. 6/8/2019 for Retrofitting of Emission Control Devices. ( AREA - DMSRDE - KANPUR CANTT). Test Report of CPCB authorised Lab - ARAI Pune No. EDL/22-23/EIE/R-007 Dated 07th April 2022.TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Type of Emission Device (Working principle of the PM reduction active element): Electrostatic Precipitation (ESP)• Pollutant captured: PM2.5 • Particulate Matter Capturing efficiency: At least 70% • Back pressure on engine: No back pressure (Should be less than 100mmwg)• Byproduct: Carbon Particles in dry form • By product disposals cope: Should be in vendor scope• Material of construction (Outer body): Mild Steel Powder coated• Material of construction (Inner cells): SS-304• Testing requirements post manufacturing: ISO-8178 5 mode cycle for DG set up to 800KW as per CPCB guidelines• Testing requirements post installation at site: • Emission monitoring from stack will be done from any NABL approved lab.• Product life: 10-15 years• Insulation on emission devices: Glass Wool• Including Device installation & commissioning, Field piping fabrication & erection (If any), Civil foundation design & execution (If required), Painting of emission devices.(a)DG set of capacity 500 KVA at P-43 tech area.

All as per item No 1.00 above butfor DG set of capacity 63 KVA at Pump House No. 05 RV Colony Note for item No 01 to 05:-All the Aux. materials required for installation at site shall be supplied by the vendor.• Performance/characteristic curves at rated load: Under Vendor scope• Emission limit values: The retro fitted engine system shall not exceed the PM limits as specified in the NGT order. • Reduction levels: 70% reduction in PM levels• Secondary Emissions: Vendor shall submit the declaration that there is no secondary emissions• Impact on engine back pressure: Any modification of engine operation parameters which might affect the engine baseline emissions must be kept within the limits as per the CPCB norms and guidelines.• Noise Emission: No increase in noise levels after retrofit device• Important: There should not be any BYPASS arrangement in RECD to let the pollutants bypass the RECD on any account.
