| 2 | (A) Operation , minor maintenance of33 / 0.433 KV sub-station complete with all equipment’s and accessories like DG sets , DG synchronization panel, capacitor panel , HT & LT panels , transformers, Breaker units and all related Electrical power distribution system on a round the clock basis throughout the year on all the days of the year (including Sundays and public holidays) with related accessories comprising of routine servicing/preventive maintenance,Job includes servicing , cleaning , maintaining up keep of all the equipment’s , sub-station room and the entire sub-stationpremises. Job includes providing all support required for bringing Diesel oil in barrels from service station upto the sub-station room, loading the overhead tank / Generators with diesel , keeping record of diesel consumption as well as safely maintaining the diesel filled barrels. The job also includes all works related to sub-station equipment’s ensuring smooth uninterrupted functioning of all equipment’s inside sub-station premises strictly as per instruction of Engineer in charge / Department. |
| 3 | (B) Monitoring, Technical support, Supervision of the Electrical distribution system of 33 KV Substation (HT & LT panels, all electrical instruments) at IIMC. Work includes ensuring uninterrupted and safe running of the 33 KV sub-station, immediate attending any fault in system, fault finding and providing solution of the fault.It is mandatory for the supervisor to be available at sub-station during Institute office hour’s minimum of 6 days a week (9:15 A.M to 5:45 P.M). The agency to submit a weekly report of the working performance of sub-station equipment’s Example- Transformers, Generators, LT & HT panels. Fault in any of the equipment is to be attended immediately. Supervisor should have Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5yrs experience of working on 33 kv substation maintenance. The agency supervisor shall give his / her daily attendance at Engg. Dept.1) The work is to be done strictly adhering to all the points mentioned individually in the” Special condition of contract” “General terms and conditions” , “Brief description of the system to be operated and maintained” & “Scope of work” of this job.2) The vendor should have minimum valid 33 KVelectrical license from licensing Board.Govt of West Bengal3) The vendor will have to execute the AMC by following all norms and rules as applicable , as per Institute. 4) Payment terms – Payment will be made on a quarterly basis after completion of every 3 months of the contract. 5) The Sub-Station should never ever be kept un manned. It is mandatory for the vendor to make sure that the Sub-Station is always manned.6) It is mandatory for the vendor operators to wear safety gadgets while executing Duty. |
| 4 | PART- B Total servicing of HT panel of WBSEDCL & IIMC to be carried out once in a year. The work will be executed strictly by engaging technical team with prior experience of doing the said work at IIMC Substation. (The technical team will be selected after discussion and thereafter getting clearance from Department) The Work also includes the following for the LT side:-(i) Total servicing of main LT panel , DG synchronizing panel , PHE panel , Capacitor panel , Lighting panel , ACB’s , and all other electrical panels.(ii) Minor servicing of 2 Nos. transformer (2.5 MVA each) (The agency will submit their original GST bill and 10 % profit will be paid on the bill Base price amount)Details of Job specification for sl.no.1 of Part-B is enclosed separately as Annexure-1. |
| 5 | Attending breakdown at HT breaker side , identifying the fault nature and rectification of the same by the following :-(All spare parts should be supply by the dept.) job includes manpower charge only |
| 6 | (A) Replacing faulty PT/CT unit/units and installing, commissioning new PT/CT unit/units after Testing. |
| 7 | (B) Replacing faulty Pole assembly unit/units and installing, commissioning new Pole assembly unit/units after Testing. |
| 8 | (C) Replacing faulty Spring charging motor unit/units and installing, commissioning new Spring charging motor unit/units after Testing. |
| 9 | (D) Raking out the breaker Trolley from HT panel , checking , through cleaning, making all components OK of the faulty trolley, racking in the breaker unit and Successfully recharging the system in Normal operation with all safeties in operation mode. |
| 10 | Arranging for successful testing of executing of works for the following equipment of 33 KV sub-station & allied area as per instruction of department/Engg. In charge:- |
| 11 | 1. Filtering of Transformer oil from both transformers by continuous running method. |
| 12 | 2. Insulation Resistance, PI test of both 2.5 MVA Transformers. |
| 13 | 3. BDV, DGA and acidity test of both transformer oil from CPRI laboratory. |
| 14 | 4. Insulation resistance, PI tests of 33 KV VCBs. |
| 15 | 5. Contract Resistance and duty cycle of 33 KV VCBs. |
| 16 | 6. IR & PI, Ratio, Polarity test of CTs. |
| 17 | 7. Resistance value of all earth pits of 33 KV sub-Station. (including pit cleaning, painting) |
| 18 | 8. Temp. Calibration of WTI / OTI of 2 no’s (each 2.5 MVA) Transformer. |
| 19 | 9. P.T. testing from W.B.S.E.D.C.L. authorized test centre (Abhikhan /as applicable) |
| 20 | 10. cable opening & relaying for jointing (400sq mm X 3.5C Al ) |
