Class 150 B/W in 1:3 cement & C/S mortar in F/P including S/O all material labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work

12 mm thick plaster with 1:4 cement and coarse sand morter in plinth both side of brick work inner side 15 cm below plinth and out side 15 cm below ground level including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Distempering with OIL BOUND washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture give an even shade New work (Two or more coats) over and including a water tinnable priming coat with cement primer & applying white cement based putty D.S.R 13.80+13.60.1
