Cleaning of existing epoxy flooring surface, grinding of entire floor and then repairing the control joints and cracks on the floor with epoxy putty or appropriate material as per manufacturer specifications. Providing and laying coat of epoxy primer. Providing and laying 2mm thick self-leveling epoxy base screed. Providing and laying 1mm thick self-leveling epoxy flooring.No extra will be payble rather than quote amount for completion of work for old and new work for smooth and plain epxoy flooring as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Providing and making epoxy coving 50mm X 50mm as per standard design complete with epoxy layering, primer and epoxy painting as per the colour/shade required

Demolishing brick work, tiles, PCC and RCC manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 500 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Charges for dismantled wall repair with plastering, painting etc. required for same finish as per exsiting color along with repair of damaged false ceiling with exsiting material or any other item required for the same. No extra payable rathere than quoted amount for all work mentioned above as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Firm may requested to visit the site before quoating the same.
