1	Materials & Labour for servicing/maintenance of split type air conditioner 1.5/2.0 ton cap in situ at any height of building, cleaning of complete outdoor unit and indoor unit, air blower units, air filter, grills with required chemical solution and using forced air blower or vaccuum cleaner, complete checking serviceability of electrical circuit of outdoor and indoor unit, electronic circuit, airblower unit, condenser, remote control unit, including replacement of unserviceable spares such as relays, capacitors, fan blade, PVC mesh filter,wiring kit, screws, nuts, bolts & washers, remote control unit and testing after completion to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge as well as user unit complete all as directed and as specified.
2	Note :- (i)Replacement of spares such as all typecapacitors will be measured and paid for separately.(ii)Replacement of capacitors for compressor & fan motors, and replacement of indoor unit fan motor, indoor unit fan blower, condenser fan motor, fan blade, compressor will be measured and paid separately (iii)Contractor has to arrange equipment such as manuplator/ trolly / ladder / tools and all safety precautions to his workmen for carrying out the work and the unit rate quoted shall be deemed to included. (iv)Gas will be measured and paid separately as supply only.
3	Material and labour for shifting split type AC upto 2.0 tonne capacity from one location to another within Dockyard area and fixing including making necessary opening for suction and discharge and drain pipe line, brazing copper pipes after grouting of outdoor/indoor unit and making necessary electrical connection, testing and commissioning complete all as directed and as specified.
4	Taking out unserviceable refrigerant pipe alongwith insulation from Air conditioners, supply and fix new refrigerant pipe including brazing & pressure testing complete of following sizes complete all as directed and as specified

47	Materials & Labour for dismantling unsv voltage stabiliser for repair including replacement of relays, electronic voltage sensor, circuit and meter, micro switch, indicating light, RC filter, and other connected items for making functional and rewinding of transformer unit with suitable size of super enamelled coper wire, heating, varnishing and testing after repair complete for capacity upto 5 KVA and any make complete all as specified and directed.
48	Materials & Labour for 3 core 2.5 Sqmm size copper wire multistranded for connection from indoor unit to outdoor unit complete all as specified and as directed. Make : - Finolex or equivalent

55	Note :- (i) Spares require for replacement for minor repair as mentioned shall be measured and paid as supply only under appropriate item of this schedule and labour charges shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. (ii) Screws, nuts, bolts & washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate and no extra measurement shall be made. (iii) Items require for major repair shall be measured and paid as M&L under appropriate item of this schedule and rate shall be exclusive of quoted rate of this item. 61	M&L for rewinding of blower motor, 230V, 1.5/2.0 TR window AC , after dismentling from the AC unit, transportation to civil wksp outside ND (V) and return after repair, reinstall, testing complete all as specified and as directed.
62	Supply and fix louvers swing motor suitable for Window AC 1.5/2.0 ton cap in situ as per existing make and compitable model, necessary electrical connection after dismantling/taking out existing unserviceable unit suitable for AC make-Blue Star, LG, Carrier, Voltas & Samsung whichever applicable and testing after completion to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge and user unit.
63	Material and labour for repairs to defective PCB of 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity Window Air conditioner, transporting to civil wksp outside ND(V) and return after repair, replacement of necessary electronic spares like IC, diode, resisters, transformer etc complete all as specified and as directed.
64	Supply & fix new PCB ofexisting make and model in 1.5 / 2 T Window AC and connecting up complete incl taking down old unserviceable one and all as specified and directed.
65	M&L for top up of refrigerant gas for split / Window AC with R-22 gas at situ to attaining proper cooling level to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge for 1.5 Tr/2.0 Tr Window AC Unit.Note : -Gas charging shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule.
66	Supply and fix ready made AC stand for outdoor Split unit of AC/Window AC for wall mounting/floor mounting incl dismantling taking down unsv onecomplete all as specified and as directed.

Notes:- (i) Spares require for replacement for minor repair as mentioned shall be measured and paid as supply only under relevant items of Sch \"A\" and labour charges shall deemed to be including in the quoted rate of this item. (ii) Screws, nuts, bolts & washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate of this item.
74	Materials & Labour for window AC frame made up of 6 mm thick ply sheet cut to shape, drilling holes on wall for mounting as per existing window AC Model, painting with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per wall colour at both side including packing of wall - AC gap with suitable size of thermocole including dismantling taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes:- (i) Spares require for replacement for minor repair as mentioned shall be measured and paid as supply only under relevant items of Sch \"A\" and labour charges shall deemed to be including in the quoted rate of this item. (ii) Screws, nuts, bolts & washers shall be inclusive of quoted rate of this item.
74	Materials & Labour for window AC frame made up of 6 mm thick ply sheet cut to shape, drilling holes on wall for mounting as per existing window AC Model, painting with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per wall colour at both side including packing of wall - AC gap with suitable size of thermocole including dismantling taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

76	Note :- (i)Replacement of spares such as all typecapacitors will be measured and paid for separately.(ii)Replacement of capacitors forfan motors, and replacement of indoor unit fan motor, indoor unit fan blower, condenser fan motor, fan blade, compressor will be measured and paid separately (iii)Contractor has to arrange equipment such as manuplator/ trolly / ladder / tools and all safety precautions to his workmen for carrying out the work and the unit rate quoted shall be deemed to included.
