| 13 | Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, Decorative pole 8 meter length, PU painted complete with foundation, anchor bolts, junction boxe and necessary accessories. The pole shall be of decorative type, fabricated in octagonal/ conical/ fluted design as approved by Engr-in-Charge. The pole shall be manufactured from Hot-dip Galvanised Iron conforming to IS 2062 & 4759 grade. The pole shall be continuously tapered design with MS base plate Dia 300 x 300 x 16mm, welded as per IS standards and provided with slotted holes for anchor bolts. The pole shall be of ornamental/ fluted body profile for aesthetic appearance with decorative arm of 0.5m to 1.2m outreach, suitable for LED street light fixtures with optional top crown or ornamental accessories. The pole shall be hot-dip galvanized internally and externally conforming to relevant IS. After galvanizing, the pole shall be finished with UV-resistant outdoor polyster powder coating in approved shade. The pole shall be supplied with a set of 04 Nos anchor bolts of size M16/ M20, complete with nuts, washers and a template plate for accurate installation. The junction box will be provided with 01 no MCB SP 6A-16A capacity and connector/terminal block suitable for 4-core cables with provision of rubber gormets and an in-built lockable box at a convenient height. The pole shall be capable of withstanding wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-3) complete all as specified and directed. |
