Repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or wtaer, scoring sunken surfaces in road, path etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good by filling in screened and graded road metal over a priming/ tack coat of paving bitumen primer of grade VG-10 at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm and providing premixed bituminouys macadam with crushed and graded stone aggregate mixed together with 4.50% of paving bitumen of grade VG-30 by weight of total mix, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80Kg per 10sqm, blinding with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3mm size and again well rammed including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping, depth of pot holes exc 30mm, rolled and compacted with 8-10 ton power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of grade VG-10 at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sq metre of raod surface by sprayer operated on hot pressure mechanism over old blcack top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Bituminous premix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) 40mm thick (Consolidated thickness) with crushed and graded coarse aggregates as per design based on Job mix formula with 5.5% bitumen binder content (bitumen of Grade G-30) by weight of total mix including heating bitumen to the required temprature , mixing bituminous concrete in automatic and temperature controlled hot mixing plant, laying, spreading uniformly by means of mechanical paver and rolling and consolidating to the requried gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller to a unifrom smooth surfaces complete all as spcified and as directed.Note:- (i) The actual requirement of binder shall be as per the jb mix formula and test specified. However quantity from the mix formula found more than specified 5.5% same will be provided with no extra cost to the Govt. In case binder content found to be less than 5.5% as per mix formula as specified in schedule \"A\" shall be adusted @ the rate of 58.00/KG for the less quantity of bitumen uses. The quantity of 5.5% mentioned is exclusive of any wastage and no wastage shall be taken onto account for the purpose of above adjustment.(ii) Rate of carring out design mix shall be inclusive of rate quoted by the contractor.

M & L for preparing (New/Old) bituminous surfaces of road marking 2.5 mm thick center line, stop lines, dashes, arrows, strips etc. and the like n.etc. 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved colour fonforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactureres instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing (New/Old) surfaces of painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow adequate no of coats complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Complete all as specified and directed. DA 97Dark eye eqmodel of make specified.

S & F in repair plastic speed bump designed so dynamically and compact that it can bear maximum load on it. It is made of PE plastic material. Two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on the speed bump so that dust and water cannot touch the reflectors inside area and thus it maintains its reflectivity for a long time. 04 NOs metallic bolts are used for installation on road. Available in Yellow and Black colours. Dimension : L=750mm, width=250mm & Height=75mm ; to be installed as per the directions : of Engineers-in-Charge
