| 1 | Material and labour for preventive maintenance/servicing of power transformer (outdoor type) of capacities 2 MVA, 3 MVA, and 5 MVA and 2.5 MVA including disconnecting incoming and outgoing connections, ensuring safety isolation, servicing and cleaning of internal parts, checking and tightening all electrical/mechanical connections, performing megger testing (IR values for HV/LV windings & winding-to-earth), checking oil level and condition (visual inspection and BDV test), external inspecting of gaskets andbushings, removing carbon deposits from connections and joints, functional testing of protective relays (Buchholz, Pressure Relief, Temperature gauges), carrying out minor repairs and repair of leakage i.e replacement of gland/change of brass nut/bolts andre-assembling the transformer after repairs,checking of earthing connections, conducting tests, recording all parameters, and preparing a service report, complete all as specified and directed; after servicing cable laid complete to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge/GE(a) Voltage ratio test (b) Magnetization Current Test(c) Voltage balancing TestNOTE :- (i) The contractor shallproduce test certificate against above tests from ser no (a) to (c) from the certified firm.(ii) The cost of dismantling and assembly is deem to be including.(iii) work to be carried out by qualified personael to ensure safe and reliable operation. Preventing maint/servicing of transformer will be carriedout by any equipment manufacture/certified firm and work to be carried out as per IS recommendations complete in all respect. All test perameterand service report shall be submitted by contractor. |
| 2 | Dehydration/ filtration of transformer oil of existing transformer installed at site with portable plant to improve the dielectric strength 50 KV during filling after initial filtration including testing of dielectric strength after dehydration at siteNOTE :- (i) All arrengement of DG set of suitable capacity of electric supply for running of dehydration plant, T&P and other items required will be arranged by contractor and deem to be included in the cost of dehydration/filtration and nothing extra on this account will be admissiable. Any damage after filtration shall be solely responsible of Contractor & same shall be repaired without any additional cost. (ii) Dehydration report will be submitted by the contractor. Calibaration and adjustment of vaccum circuit braker all as specified, the test report shall be pasted on VCB with mention all perameter i.e. setting time, date, etc as directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note-:(i)The work to be carried out by qualified personael to ensure safe and reliable operation. Preventing maint/servicing and calibaration of VCB will be carriedout by any equipment manufacture/certified firm and work to be carried out as per standrded and relevent IS/IEC guidelines complete with test report submissionin all respect.
