Making of Temporary Pandal using G.I pipe of 40 mm dia including excavating holes more than 0.10 Cum and upto 0.50 Cum including getting out the excavated Soil and cutting, hosting, fixing in position errection as per the given drawing and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding complete and Dismantling whole steel structure after the event, including dismembering and staking within 50 metres lead in.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.. and removal of sheet after the event,including carriage and stacking of sheet in site office store ( Materials provided bydepartment)

Providing and fixing Barricading as per instruction with Bamboo Post above 110mm dia or equalent dia of length 1.40 mtr, 0.40 mtr embaded in ground and 1mtr above ground level 2.00 mtr c/c and three horizontal ties with 80 mm dia bamboo tiedwith ropeswherever required complete as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge. (Materials to be taken back by removing dismantling after completion of the function / event).
