Any labourers/workmen, at any point of the time during the course of execution of work, at any cost, will not be allowed to amnual handling of sewage containing human excreta (i.e. night soil and sludge/sewage containing night soil). All the sludge/mud,containing human night soil, from manhcies,gutters shall be removed by mechanical means by deploying required machinery as and when required.The cost in this effect shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates only.7. The labourer(s) should not leave the complaint cell till the next reliever(s) does not report to complaint cell. 8. The labourer(s) should be free from the habits of any addiction such as liquor,smoking or other drugs. |
