| 12 | Credit of old un- serviceable materials recovered from dismantling / demolishing from work: |
| 13 | Old rusted ( unserviceable ) C.I/S.C.I pipes and fitting , Mild Steel / Steel Section, G.I/M.S pipes etc. |
| 14 | Arranging welding machine for welding of Broken steel componants such as Handels, fastners, hinges, grills, etc.as and where required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (rate includes labour & transportation of machine at site). |
| 15 | Supplying G.I. Angles etc for tower / nuts and bolts with plain and spring washers conforming IS specications of various sizes as required for erection of steel communications tower. |
| 16 | Fixing base plate, templates and all anchor bolts etc. for stem of roof top tower foundation including placing in extremely accurate positioning, leveling etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge(Rate includes for fixing all 16 nos. anchor bolts, templates for 04(Four) legged tower etc. complete). |
| 17 | Labour for hoisting, fixing and erection of 15 meter heigh Roof Top Structrual Steel Tower as per approved drawing with all its necessary components viz. Antenna fixtures, climbing ladder, platforms with railing, and fixing with bolts, nuts, plain and spring washers. Cost includes necessary welding and alternation of any mismatching holes to the members wherever required complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. (NOTE: Rate includes cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of tower including hire and labour charges of tools, plants and machineries all insurance, safety provision, acceptance testing, labour for loading , unloading and lifting from ground floor to second floor roof of building etc.(all complete and nothing extra shall be paid.) |
| 18 | Transportation of tower material including Anchor bolts, base plates and base angles from Barelly(UP) to site of work by mechanical transportation including loading, unloading and carriage up to site (From ground floor to second floor roof of building) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 19 | Providing and fixing 2 mm thick PVC antistatic sheet in flooring of premium polyfirm limited or equivalent of required shade using adhesive like dunlop 5.758 or fevicol SR998 or equivalent as per manufacture specification after minor repair of floors i/c providing and fixing copper streep of size 50x25x1 mm under the antistatic mat as directed by the Engineer in charge. |
| 20 | Supplying at site after fabrication MS sheet templates as per drawing (3.15 mm thick) having holes at appropriate location for fixing 32 mm dia anchor bolts in tower foundation of roof top tower all complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge. |
| 21 | Dismantling existing traingular R.C.C tower foundation having all side of size 10\" by power hammer i/c disposal of malba out side the municipal dump all complete as per direction of E-IN-C. |
| 22 | Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. |
