Disconnecting of all motor leads, dismantling of 425 HP 3 phase induction motor, draining off the M-oil and collection in suitable pan, taking out the rotor from the stator, and complete disassembly as per requirement

Repairing of rotor of 425 hp motor of unit-2 at LIS Lethpora stage-1 by way of replacement of broken/damaged copper strips four numbers as per sample. The job comprises of Brazing (filler material) of various copper strips of rotor including brazing process (involving LPG and Oxygen cylinder, including Carriage to and fro). The whole job shall be carried out at site involving highly skilled labour including assembling of stator and rotor and testing of motor on no load as well as on full load.
