Provision for Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of side sand ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (No extra lift is payable if work is done by mechanical means)

Provision for Filling available excavated earth (excluding hard rock/Ordinary rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work upto plinth level.1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Provision for Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand).

Provision for Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto 10 metre height, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To besecured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) : 30mm thk White sand stone - exposed face fine dressed with rough backing .

Providing stone flooring work of basalt stone 150mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm to 30mm (average) thick base of lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime : 1 coarse sand :1 surkhi) with 70% stone available at site and 30% new stones including all lead and lift completed.

Providing pointing with lime mortar 1:1:1 including erecting scaffolding wiping out mortar showing the edges of stone with lead of 100m and lift of 6m etc.

Providing and laying tactile tiles (warning and directional) of sizes 500 x 500mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete.
