Fabrication as per above design and testing of parts/ components (wherever applicable) of 1 No 20 Ton ELL wharf crane confirming to Class-III IS459, IS807, FEM 3rd Edition (with current amendments if any)/ statutory bodies including GST.

Transportation of fabricated 1 No 20 Ton ELL wharf crane at Sri Vijaya Puram including GST, Transportation charges from factory to Chennai/Kolkata port, insurance charges including all port dues, loading in the ship, ocean freight from Chennai/ Kolkata Port including unloading the same at Sri Vijaya Puram up to worksite.

Installation / Erection of 1 No 20 Ton ELL wharf crane confirming to Class-III IS-4594 & IS-807 (with current amendments if any) at Dry Dock, Sri Vijaya Puram (Including GST)

Testing & Commissioning of 1 No 20 Ton ELL wharf crane confirming to Class-III IS4594 & IS807 (with current amendments if any) at Dry Dock, Sri Vijaya Puram including imparting training to department staff for a period of one week, GST etc complete.

NOTES:1. Through there are 05 (five) schedule items, it will be treated as “single work” and period of completion is 540 days.2. All quoted rates shall be firm and inclusive of GST, duties, labour welfare cess, insurance, and all incidental expenses.3. No Factory Acceptance test (FAT) is envisaged; only inspection and dimensional verification of sub-assemblies at OEM work place.4. Acceptance and performance testing shall be entirely site-based after erection.5. Contractor shall provide all required tools, tackles, manpower and consumables for safe erection and commissioning.6. Payment shall be millstone-based as per payment schedule, linked with completion of each stage as per contract terms.
