| 2 | Patchwork/Repair/ Encasing on Various Vessels and Ducts with MS Material.Collection and transportation of MS Plates [6mm / 8mm/10mm/12mm/16mm thk.] and required materials from CD-Stores.Necessary site arrangements including scaffolding shall be done.Cut and remove the damaged portion/weak areas of the duct/vessel as per instruction, fabricate new pieces from 6/8/10 mm MS plates, fit up new pieces after proper edge preparation by grinding and full welding the joints to meet the site requirement.Encase the weak portions of the ducts/vessels with additional MS plates of 6/8 thick and full welding as per instruction of engineer in charge. MS plate shall be formed and shaped to existing shape/profile and symmetry of the vessels/ducts. Patchwork/encasing will have to be carried out at all area and elevations as required.After work completion,dismantle the scaffolding, clear the site and transport the the scrap to the scrap yard. |
