Providing and applying Two coats of Asian make Acrylic Emulsion Paint (Premium Emulsion) - Plastic paint or any equivalent from Nerolac/ ICI to the internal walls including scaffolding, scraping the surface, opening the cracks, filling up the Birla wall putty or any approved putty to give smooth finish, applying one coat of Asian make primer or any approved primer coat and making the surface ready for painting complete as per manufactures specification and as approved by the Engineer.(Colour shade as approved)

Providing and applying Two coats of Acrylic Distemper paint (Tractor) of Asian make paint or any equivalent from Nerolac / ICI to the ceiling and walls, including scaffolding, scraping the surface, opening the cracks, filling up the BIrla wall putty or any approved putty to give smooth finish, applying one coat of Asian make primer or any approved primer coat and making the surface ready for painting complete as per manufactures specification and as approved by the Engineer.

Providing and applying two coats of flat / glossy Asian make (Apcolite) Oil paint or any approved make to existing wooden / metal surfaces in approved shade to the old wooden doors and windows, MS gate, MS railing, MS jaffri/grill including scraping, one coat of primer, scaffolding if necessary etc. complete as directed. (The multiplying co-efficient are as per sheet attached)

Providing and applying two coats of Asian make Super Acrylic Emulsion Paint- Royale / ICI Dulux Velvet Acrylic to the existing internal walls and ceiling including scaffolding, scraping the surface, opening the cracks, filling up the putty to give smooth finish, applying one coat of approved make primer coat and making the surface ready for painting complete as per manufactures specification and as approved by the Engineer. (Colour shade as approved)

Providing & applying two coats of Asian make Apex - Ultima paint / Weathershield (ICI Dulux) or any approved equivalent to external wall surfaces including scaffolding, cleaning the surface by water and wire brush, opening the cracks with the help of electric cutter machine and filling the same with crack seal, applying one coat of Asian make sealer as a binder and preparingthe surface ready for painting complete as per manufactures specification and as approved by the Engineer. (Colour shade - Same as per existing or ANY Approved)

Providing and applying two coat of damp proof on internal wall surfaces up to 2 ft height / required instructed height from the floor level, of Asian make or approved manufacture over the scapped surface and makeing the surface ready for primer / painging.etc. complete as directed
