| 10 | Notes for Item No 1.00 & 9.00 :-Rates quoted shall deemed to includes for followings:- (i) Dewatering (mechanized), cleaning inner surfaces of UG Sump and overhead reservoir complete by scrapping with steel wire brushes, high pressure cleaning and vacuum cleaning, removing mud, sludge collected inside the tank manually and shifted to out side MOD land as directed by EIC in closed container.(ii) Cleaning of external surface of over head reservior including stem, coloumns, beams, bottom of domes slab, top of dome slab and removing of vegetation/shurbs including filling of cracks by cement slurry etc complete and make goods as per existing finish / shade / colour as directed by EIC.(iii) Washing with clean water, Anti-bacterial spray, UV radiation & bleaching powder or with high strength calcium chloride mixture thoroughly internally, including writing capacity of sump, cleaning date& due date of cleaning with black synthetic enamel paint as per existing pattern. (iv) Payment of unit shall be made when numbers of cleaning of each tank shall be done completely as per periodicity and rubish/sludge/dust/dirt/garbage removed from site. (v) Photographs before cleaning of UG sumps & reservoir shall be taken stage wise when work started/commenced, scaffolding fixing for cleaning removing of mud silt vegetation, shurbs, leafs from bottom of UG sump/overhead reservior tank and washing stage & fixing of name plate stage etc shall be taken and submit alongwith RAR Payment.(vi) Cleaning agency will be approved by GE randomly among several names produced by contractor and recommended by Eng-in-Charge accordingly to the previous performance of reputed agency. |
