Supply and fix in repairs 24 watt All-In-One LED Solar Streetlights made up of Aluminium Extrusion housing with minimum 80Wp Monocrystalline Panel fixed on the top side of luminaire housing (Battery, charge controller and LED module should be integrated inside Luminaire). Maintenance free 12.8V/24Ah LiFePo4 battery along with BMS (BIS certification required)with minimum cycle life of 2000 cycles, MPPT Charge controller with Efficiency > 90%. Luminaire should be IP65 & IK08 and have lumen output of greater than 5400 lumens at full power (System Efficacy > 180 Lumens/watt) as LM79 from third party NABL accredited Lab. The LED chip used should be of Osram, Lumileds, Cree, nischia only with CRI>70 and CCT – 5700K +/- 300K and should be with lenses for effective light distribution. Solar Panel, MPPT charge controller, and luminaires should of Same make and Light fixture along with MPPT controller should be manufactured in in-house manufacturing facility onlywith necessary fittings incl 5 Meter Octagonal Pole with Top Dia 70mm and bottom Dia 130 mm with Hot Dip Galvanised average 65 to 75 microns with pole thickness of 3mm, base plate 220mmx220mmx12mm with 4 number foundation bolts M20 x 600 mm long with necessary PCC,RCC ,TMT bar etc if required as per OEM\"s directions etc, Complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No.01: (i) Necessary certificates to be submitted to the department.(ii) The solar lighting company must have inhouse NABL accredited lab with scope as per ISO17025:2017 to include for testing Safety and Performance Standards for LED Lamps, LED Modules, LED Drivers, Luminaires and Photometry parameters as per LM79:2019 and IES TM30-18 standards . Luminaire must have Green & Red indicator lights for showing charging of battery and low battery voltage respectively. Light fixture must also have protections like Over-Charge protection, Deep-discharge protection,current protection , Short circuit protection , Over voltage protection. The light fixture should come with an intelligent pre- programmed dimming for auto dimming of light fixture and Complete system should be designed to provide 2 days (24 hours) backup in dimming mode.(iii)The solar lighting companies must have toll free base service network to provide immediate after sales service networks available in different districts of the state. Certificates to be submitted – LM79 (NABL accredited Laboratory only)LM80,BIS certificate of Battery,BIS certificate of Solar Panel, IK08 and IP65 certificate (NABL accredited Lab only)

S & F in repair LED street light of capacity 60 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lens embedded PC cover including electronic driver should have luminaries efficacy ≥110 lumens/watt, CRI>70 ,PF > 0.95, CCT≥5500, IP66, impact resistance IK 07, inbuiltprotection against lightning , over voltage, short circuit and surge/spike protection device upto 10kV completecomplete allas specified and as directed. all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding1.5 m in depthfor laying cables, foundation for pole, etcand getting out inhard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping for the new/existingSteel Poles, cills,includingnecessary formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.
