| 6 | Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of DIN rail mounted 12 channel relay controller to control any type of switched load. Controller housing shall be polycarbonate with DIN mount type. Controller shall have Single-Pole Single-Throw feed through power circuit design equivalent to 12 pole contactors & each pole should be controllable via system network. Each Switched loads should support 16A inductive load per channel upto max. of 180A per device. Device should support single phase & neutral or three phase & neutral (Star). Controller should have service override switch and shall be accessible from the front panel.Controller supply voltage shall be 100-240AC and system Output DC current 200mA which can support 10 button panels without any additional power supply. DALI controller shall be compatible with DALI electronic low voltage transformers and DALI LED fixtures.Controller DALI outputs allowing it to control up to 64 DALI devices per channel or port and 192 DALI devices per controller. DALI control signals can be programmed to operate automatically isolate the power circuit when all associated DALI channels are at 0% with the support of internal switches. Controller supply range shall be 100-240V 50/60Hz. Controller shall be capable to show Lamp failure, Driver failure,Driver runtime tracking,Switched output runtime tracking,Emergency test reporting, Device online/offline status diagnostic functions. Device shall have two opto-isolated RS485 ports enable the gateway to implement a trunk and spur topology, with each spur being electrically isolated from the others so a fault in one section of the network will be contained. The protocol communication with third-party systems such as audio-visual, blind controllers, Modbus meters and building automation systems, providing an integrated approach to total building control and energy management. Gateway shall also be capable of transmitting or receiving up to 512 channels of DMX, with automatic protocol conversion and task triggering. Device operating voltage shall be 12-24V DC.
