There shall be a suitable number of arms to mountthe required nos. of luminaires.There shall be 08 nos. of 3 mm thick GI canopy sheets fixed at the top of luminaire carriageequally spaced, which shall cover the luminaire carriage with the light fixtures.Weatherproof cast aluminum junction box shall be provided on the Carriage Assembly forterminating the trailing cable and power cable to luminaries.3.05.01 Winch:The double drum winch shall be completely self-sustaining without the need for brake shoe,springs or clutches and self-lubricating type by means of an oil bath. The worm gear ratio shallnot be less than 53:1 and safe working load shall be as per data sheet. The drums are to be grooved to provide perfect seat for stable and tidy rope lay andarrangement for distortion free rope end termination.The winch shall have provision to operate electrically through integral power tool or manuallyby a handle. The capacity, operating speed, safe working load, recommended lubrication andserial number of the winch shall be marked on each winch.3.05.2 Head Frame:The hot dip galvanized head frame is to be designed as a capping unit of the mast is ofwelded steel construction and provided with guides and separators between the ropes andcable. The LM6 Aluminium pulleys with bush mounted through stainless steel shaft shall besuitable to accommodate wire ropes and multi core trailing cable. |
