The Contractor shall coordinate with an authorized CERT-IN auditor to conduct a security audit of the SCADA system prior to project handover.Any vulnerabilities found during the CERT audit shall be rectified by the Contractor at no additional cost. All software components must be free from known vulnerabilities and adhere to cybersecurity best practices, including: Role-based access control (RBAC)Encrypted communication (TLS 1.2 or higher)Event logging and audit trailsFinal audit compliance certificate from CERT-IN certified agency must be submitted before final acceptance of the SCADA system. |
