Supply, assembling and hanging, in repair, ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, having wider aluminium blades for better air thrust, down rods, Blade angle 8.5˚, double ball bearing,high grade copper wiring not less than 160 grams, powerfull motor with energy saving upto 60% fan starting at 140 Volts, service value minimum 7.2 Cum/ min, Min air delivery 215CMM, BEE five star rated, brushless direct current motor (BLDC) with inverter compatibilty, 30W Power draw and Eco active techology, RPM not less than 350 including hook clamp with rubber reel, canopies, capacitor and making connection to ceiling rose or connector including taking down old unserviceable ceiling fan and deposited to MES yard of AGE E/M complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Necessary T&P, ladder etc for hanging ceiling fan shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. This aspect shall be kept in mind while quoting the rate.

Supply and fixing in repair, stepped electronic fan regulator, AC 230 volts, flush type, suitable for BLDC fan, rotary step on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc complete all as specified and directed.
